GARDHOUSEWhere minority college students receive paid internships and workforce development
Creating A SEAMLESS
PIPELINE TO EMPLOYMENT

SERVING TOP TALENT
GardHouse connects students within its community partner companies/organizations to paid internships throughout the academic year. We don’t duplicate recruitment efforts. Instead, we seek to support underserved communities that need workforce development to supplement existing resources.

Leveraging community Support
GardHouse believes that minority-owned businesses and minority-led organizations can serve as hubs for economic advancement for college students of color. Therefore, we work with community leaders that have established operations for our students to grow as professionals.
What we do
Our Offerings
Paid Internships
Students are connected to competitive paid internships that span across an academic semester. We place students with either minority-owned business or minority-led organization network, in addition to corporate partners.
Social Emotional Learning
Understanding who you are as a person first is essential to becoming a professional. Therefore, our Student Impact Team does the important work to aid students in unlocking their most authentic selves to achieve career success.
Career Journey Mapping
Our team of Student Impact Leaders works closely with students to identify the next steps required for professional advancement. Students receive a personalized career coaching experience to guarantee success.
Professional Development
GardHouse provides the essentials that are required for each student to enter the workforce. From resume and interview prep to networking, students are positioned to excel in the industry of their choosing.
Get Involved
Joining GardHouse is one of the most rewarding things you can do as a professional. Students gain industry insights from real professionals through our virtual Enrichment Kitchen during a panel discussion and networking event. Add your name to our directory to be contacted for future volunteer opporutnties.
