GardHouse is a Charlotte-based, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization that focuses on creating a seamless pipeline to employment for underserved college students. As Charlotte's leading workforce development program for college students, we provide paid semester-long internships, career coaching, and professional development opportunities.

OUR IMPACT

    Upon completing our internship program, graduating college seniors have either entered employment or continued education thanks to our Impact Programming. This ensures that young talent is able to advance both personally and professionally.

  • 180 Employer Partners Supported

    Since 2019, GardHouse has assisted small businesses, nonprofits, and government agencies by providing operational support through its internship program. Interns have provided over 3,500 hours of work-based assistance to date.
